Shipping Methods

Glass travels very successfully when packaged well. I pack each piece how it travels best: most often wrapped in shredded wood and then packed in a white card box. I generally post first class but am always happy to use DPD or Parcelforce

Prices vary depending on your location so if you live outside of the UK just get in touch for a price.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I would like every customer to be delighted with their purchase so if you would like to return or exchange your piece I am happy to do so if you get in contact within 14 days of receiving your delivery.  Occasionally glass arrives damaged. Please supply photos of the piece AND the packaging and we will replace the piece.
