Pieces are securely packed in shredded wood and white card boxes so is completely recyclable. Parcels are shipped by first class mail with the Royal Mail. Both first class signed for and Parcelforce services are available as upgrades.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
While breakages are rare they sadly sometimes happen. Please supply photos of any broken pieces with photos of the packaging so we can provide a replacement.
